DISCOVER THE NEW RETURN FORM FOR SPARE PARTS
In case of receiving an incorrect spare part or whising to return an unused brand new spare part, from now on, you will have to fill in the new return form on opt.cat.
You can have a look at the return form by clicking here.
As for all other services’ forms, upon receipt of the request, the OPT Customer Service department will process it and inform via email the outcome.
If you wish to have a list of all sent return requests, it will be possible by visiting the return requests list page.

LAYOUTS OF ALL OPT TABLES ARE NOW AVAILABLE
Find out how OPT tables can be composed by sections and accessories!
One of the best features about OPT tables is their modularity; a layout drawing is the best tool to understand how to configure a complete operating system and to check the compatibility between sections, accessories and tabletops.
In addition, through layouts it will be easier to see all columns and tabletops types, to look for accessories and sections codes and finally to understand tables configurations according to the surgery.

NEW FIRMWARES AND SOFTWARES
CHECK OUT THE NEW FW AND SW UPDATES FOR ASSO, CENTURY & VANTO
New firmwares for Asso [DSP 1.07] and Vanto [DSP 3.5i HMI 2.2m] have been released. New softwares updates are available too: ASSO version 2.7.7, CENTURY version 1.1.8 and VANTO version 3.4.8 .

THE ORIGINAL MODELS ARE BACK
Dear collaborators, we are delighted to inform you that, from now on, it will be possible to purchase new control boards and power supply units in the original version (U.T.E.) as spare parts for operating tables models: OPT70/2 and OPT80/2.
If you are interested in buying them, please write an email to OPT Customer Service Department, customerservice@opt-ita.com, to get to know the prices.
